Grass/Alfalfa Hay
2023 Orchard grass/alfalfa hay mix before being baled.
Our mix hay has varying availabilty year to year as we only get a few years out of each stand before the grass crowds out the alfalfa. The mixture of orchard grass and alfalfa is a customer favorite for all animals. With the ratio typically being over 50% grass, this is a great option for animals that need a little extra protein compared to straight grass, but not as much as straight alfalfa.
